DUNAEWSKY69 (ua) Main art project of Olexandr Gladun. Olexandr started his musical career in 1997 with his noise core project Haimorith which had collaboration release with japan group C.S.S.O. Since that time Olexandr founded few musical projects, played as drummer in orchestra and death metal and grind core groups, experimented with analogue noise collages. Since 2001 under Dunaewsky69 moniker Olexandr started his experiments in electronics. MIKAEL STAVÖSTRAND (sw) Stavostrand, the founder of Mitek, has been featured as a key figure of the Swedish electronic music scene for his unique interpretations of club techno as well as for producing some of the most essential experimental electronic music of the past year. Over the past years has he performed in North America, Europe and Japan. Stavostrand mixes deconstructed sounds with funky little beats to create minimal dance textures. On his debut album on Force Inc., "Reduce", swarms of glitches, crackles and skips infiltrate the 4/4 drive formula of minimal techno. As Vita, his "Vita" 12" on Force Inc. imprint Force Labs was to meet critical praise and became one of the best selling releases with its digitalized organic groove. The last years he has been playing live around the globe, for example Mutek in Canada and in Mexico, Japan, and all over Europe. At the moment he is working on different collaboration, as the Luus project together with Johan Fotmeijer, deep minimal techno with a melodic touch, Skugge&Stavostrand, and the Bulgur Brothers together with Johan Skugge and Andreas Tilliander. All of these projects will have new Ep's out during the fall. OLEXIJ PETROV (ua) Olexij Petrov - an architect and a sound artist, started his musical career in 1996. Since then Petrov played on numerous experimental events in Kyiv, participated on first Nexsound's concerts. In Petrov's works the main idea is to explore movements. Exploring and movements in many separate fields, different combinations of them - one of the main priorities of Petrov's projects. Abstract electronics is a too small term to describe music from this artist. Genre is not important, nature and form are being developed from spatial understanding of a finished material, that corresponds to the initial idea. |

PLESK (bl) Plesk - new moniker of artist from Belorus - Andrey Savitskij, previously known as hhtp. After 6 years of working with experimental music Andrey have made more than 10 albums. Andrey works as with audio art as with film's soundtraks. All works were released only as CD-R's and only small amount of them was distributed via Internet. Nevertheless Andrey Savitsky is very active live artists who presents Belorus around the world from it's best side. http://www.hhtp.org |
ZAVOLOKA (ua) Musician and graphic designer from Kyiv. Her music is very unusual and challenging from the structural point of view and sometimes combines electronic sounds with rough unprocessed voices, sung by common Ukrainian people. Lukasz Szalankiewicz is also a co-author of mltimedia cross--genre project Palsecam, that focuses on mixture of different media for cerating unique media-performances. |
VJ TEAM "PDTA" (ua) PDTA- Oleksiy Tyshchenko, Hanna Naronina, Maks Poberezhsky, Oleksiy Dudko. 4-man VJ team from Kyiv have already played alot on different experimental events and dance parties, organized several successfull video-parties, took part in almost all Nexsound's events in Kyiv. As a part of a DJUICENOKIAVIDEODRIVE project PDTA have made video for a 60x10 meters screen. One of the most interresting and innovative VJ team in Ukraine nowadays. http://www.pdta.org.ua |

KETSALKOATL (ua) Project "Ketsalkoatl" founded in 1995 by Danylo Pertsov and changed it's participants few times. The last time project performed was "Premiers of season-2006" festival by CAT trio under the name of "CeAcatle". This years performance and electronics was created specially for "Detali Zvuku" festival by Larysa Venedyktova and Alla Zagaykevych and will become a sertain underline of project's experience of all previous years. |
TANZLABORATORIUM (ua) TanzLaboratorium theatre founded in 1999 in Kyiv as a space for interactive communication between ukrainian and foreign dancers, performers and soundartists. Development of it's own approaches to the energy of movement and text. TanzLaboratorium is a co-founder of such projects as Improvisation University, International festival "Scene for Contemporary dance", Ukrainian Theatre Platform, different master-classes, workshops laboratories of contemporary dance and improvisation. Theatre took part in festivals in Ukraine, Germany, Russia, USA and Estonia. |
